IMPORTANT: Insightics Vibe LTD is not a lender, bank, credit union, or financial institution. We do not:

  • Make loans or provide financing directly
  • Make credit decisions

  • Guarantee any specific terms, rates, or conditions from third-party lenders

We act as an intermediary connecting you with third-party lenders and financial service providers.

4.3 Third-Party Services

The actual financing, loans, and financial products are provided by independent third-party lenders and financial institutions. Each lender operates under its own terms, conditions, and privacy policies, which are separate from ours.

5. APPLICATION PROCESS AND DATA SHARING

5.1 Information Collection

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By submitting a request, you may receive telemarketing calls from lenders or third parties, even if your telephone number is registered on a Do Not Call list. This is because you are providing express written consent to be contacted.

5.3 Multiple Lenders

Your information may be shared with multiple lenders and financial service providers simultaneously to maximize your funding opportunities. Each lender will review your information independently and may contact you with offers.

5.4 No Guarantee of Approval

Submission of an application or request does not guarantee:

  • Approval for financing or any financial product
  • Specific loan terms, interest rates, or conditions
  • A response from any particular lender
  • That you will receive any offers

Lenders make independent credit decisions based on their own criteria.

6. FEES AND PAYMENTS

6.1 No Consumer Fees

Our Services are generally free for consumers and businesses seeking funding. You will not be charged a fee by Insightics Vibe LTD for:

  • Creating an account
  • Submitting applications or requests
  • Being matched with lenders
  • Receiving information about funding options

6.2 Lender Compensation

We may receive compensation, commissions, or referral fees from lenders, funding sources, and financial service providers when:

  • You are matched with a lender through our platform
  • You obtain funding or financial products through our Services
  • You engage with services provided by our partners

This compensation does not affect the cost of your loan or financial product.

6.3 Third-Party Fees

Lenders and financial service providers may charge their own fees, interest, and costs. These fees are set by the lenders, not by Insightics Vibe LTD. You should carefully review all terms, conditions, and fees with any lender before accepting an offer.

6.4 Potential Paid Services

We reserve the right to introduce premium or paid services in the future. If we do, we will provide clear notice and obtain your consent before charging any fees.

7. USER CONDUCT AND PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

7.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

  • Provide false, inaccurate, or misleading information
  • Impersonate any person or entity

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL Insightics Vibe LTD, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY:

  • LOSS OF GOODWILL: Damage to reputation or goodwill

  • OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES: Any other intangible losses

WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, AND WHETHER OR NOT Insightics Vibe LTD HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11.2 Cap on Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR OUR SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

  • $100 (ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS), OR
  • THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO Insightics Vibe LTD (IF ANY) IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO LIABILITY

11.3 Basis of the Bargain

You acknowledge and agree that these limitations of liability are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between you and Insightics Vibe LTD, and that we would not be able to provide the Services on an economically reasonable basis without these limitations.

11.4 State Law Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages. If you reside in such a jurisdiction, some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

12. INDEMNIFICATION

12.1 Your Indemnification Obligation

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Insightics Vibe LTD, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, partners, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to:

  • Your use or misuse of our Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights or privacy rights
  • Any information or content you submit through our Services
  • Any dispute between you and a third-party lender or partner
  • Any fraudulent, false, or misleading information you provide

12.2 Defense of Claims

We reserve the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate with our defense of such claims.

13. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

13.1 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13.2 Informal Resolution

Before filing a formal claim, you agree to first contact us at info@carloansreviews.com to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. We will attempt to resolve the dispute informally within 60 days.

13.3 Binding Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

If we cannot resolve a dispute informally, you and Insightics Vibe LTD agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through binding arbitration rather than in court, except as set forth below.

Arbitration Rules:

  • Arbitration will be conducted by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules
  • The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding
  • Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction

Exceptions to Arbitration:

  • Small claims court actions (if the claim qualifies)
  • Claims for injunctive or equitable relief to protect intellectual property rights
  • Any claim that cannot be arbitrated under applicable law

13.4 Class Action Waiver

YOU AND Insightics Vibe LTD AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.

Unless both you and Insightics Vibe LTD agree otherwise, the arbitrator may not consolidate or join more than one person's or party's claims and may not otherwise preside over any form of a consolidated, representative, or class proceeding.

13.5 Opt-Out Right

You have the right to opt-out of this arbitration provision by sending written notice to us at info@carloansreviews.com within 30 days of first accepting these Terms. Your notice must include your name, address, and a clear statement that you wish to opt out of the arbitration provision.

13.6 Jury Trial Waiver

TO THE EXTENT ARBITRATION DOES NOT APPLY, YOU AND Insightics Vibe LTD WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL.

14. TERMINATION

14.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by:

  • Contacting us at info@carloansreviews.com
  • Following the account closure process in your account settings

Upon termination, your right to use our Services will immediately cease.

14.2 Termination by Us

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason or no reason, including but not limited to:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal conduct
  • Failure to provide accurate information
  • Inactivity for an extended period
  • At our sole discretion

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your license to use our Services will terminate immediately
  • You must cease all use of our Services
  • We may delete your account and information (subject to legal retention requirements)
  • Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including but not limited to: intellectual property provisions, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and dispute resolution

We may retain certain information after termination as required by law or for legitimate business purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations under these Terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Acts of God (natural disasters, pandemics, etc.)
  • War, terrorism, or civil unrest
  • Government actions or regulations
  • Labor disputes or strikes
  • Failure of third-party services or infrastructure
  • Internet or telecommunications failures

16.6 No Third-Party Beneficiaries

These Terms do not create any third-party beneficiary rights. Only you and Insightics Vibe LTD may enforce these Terms.

16.7 Relationship of Parties

Nothing in these Terms creates a partnership, joint venture, agency, or employment relationship between you and Insightics Vibe LTD. You are an independent user of our Services.

16.8 Headings

The section headings in these Terms are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect.

16.9 Language

These Terms are written in English. Any translations are provided for convenience only, and the English version will control in case of any conflict.

16.10 Electronic Communications

You consent to receive communications from us electronically, and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures, and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

17. SPECIFIC DISCLOSURES

17.1 TCPA Consent

By providing your telephone number and submitting a request through our Services, you expressly consent to being contacted by Insightics Vibe LTD, our partners, lenders, and third parties at the telephone number you provided, including through:

  • Automated telephone dialing systems
  • Artificial or pre-recorded voice messages
  • Text messages (SMS/MMS)

This consent applies even if your number is registered on any Do Not Call list. You are not required to provide this consent as a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Standard message and data rates may apply.

17.2 E-SIGN Act Disclosure

By using our Services, you agree to conduct transactions electronically and to receive communications and disclosures electronically.
